Very effective
Used one of these a lot before I misplaced it.This one is a lot better as it shows the voltage ( up to 90v)

Does what it says on the box
Easy to hold and use tester. Clear display and well lit.Only thing is continuity test. I always attach the clip to the - Negative and touch the probe to the live. If I do this the display is red. In reverse it’s green. This seems counter intuitive to me but once you know it does everything you need of it.
