having struggle and try so many different products and NOT wanting to take big pharma it was recommended to try valerian root as not does it relax you it also shuts off the mind noise. i have tried melatonin and it don’t work for me and too high of dose melatonin has worked but made me have sleep hangover which is awful. i only take one of these and sleep through night. a true restful nights sleep. yeah!! highly recommend.

Valerian root is excellent for helping me sleep.

I have used this product for a while now and i have to say that it’s helps me a lot when I get overwhelmed or anxious from work sometimes, totally recommended, different from others this one has no smell neither have any taste.

This product does not work for me. I had high hopes, probably need some stronger in the future.

I take these before bedtime and they help me relax. I like this brand, all the capsules stay together unlike some others when you open the bottle and the product is all over the place!
