Very handy light weight piece of kitchen equipment.

What a handy little gadget.Perfect for baking. I hated getting the dough remains off the work surface. Now this easily scrapes off the excess so that I only need to wipe over with some kitchen roll.Cutting brownies is a dream too - so much easier than a knife!I've also been using it for scooping chopped onions and other veg into a pan...much easier than using the knife or having to lift the chopping board.I'm happy.
