Maxwell House Instant Mix - Hazelnut Café

Surprisingly tasty. For a quick, inexpensive instant coffee, it is pretty good and satisfying. It comes premixed with creamer and sugar-free. Easy to make when you don't want brew anything. Just heat some water and put some of the mix in and done. Not my favorite go-to, but if I want some quick, this is what I reach for.

Rich, creamy, chocolatey and best of all, decaf and sugar free! Right before I got pregnant, I've switched from drinking caffeine to exclusively drinking decaf. This coffee is absolutely delicious!! Next I want to try the vanilla but so far, the mocha is really hitting the spot. I like to make mine into a cold coffee situation by adding it to my water bottle and shaking it vigorously. It only advertises to use hot water but I've found if you do wanna make cold coffee, try the water bottle method! It works great and no lumps

I remember when General Mills International Coffees came out in the 1980s and, while I don't recall if there was a Vanilla Caramel flavor, I do recall all the flavors shared something that I overlooked in favor of "something special"---a strange mouthfeel of, well, a bit syrupy. (It was the 1980s. Our choices in many areas were fewer and our standards lower. Much, much lower.) I saw this on Amazon, discovered that Maxwell House owns the International Coffees line and Maxwell House freshly brewed never disappoints, so I took a chance. This morning I made a cup of this and LOVED IT. Delicious, not too sweet (I added sugar, but that's my taste), and creamy---with a clean, not syrupy, mouthfeel. Then I made a second and still loved it. It's a different brand, true (I don't think Maxwell House had coffee mixes in their line back then), but I assume the standards of ingredients in the industry were about the same then. Regardless, this is excellent. As good as freshly brewed? Of course not. Would I shy away from offering to guests? Depends on my guests, of course, but if they wouldn't be put off by an offer of hot cocoa from a packet, I would offer this. It's a blustery autumn day as I write this and now I want to try this iced. I think making a cup per instructions then letting it cool and adding ice should work. A week later... So, I tried it cold. I made a cup and let it cool on the counter, put it in the fridge, and left it overnight. The next day, Itook a sip and drank it all without putting ice in the glass. It was as smooth and delicious icy cold as it was piping hot. To be honest, I worried that it might change consistency in the cold, but nope. Maxwell House wins again.

Delicious! It’s very hard to find this product in stores. The sugar free and decaf combination makes this a great drink!

Bit expensive if you’re a big coffee drinker but I’m not a huge coffee person

I LOVE the taste of this coffee. My mother in-law got me hooked. Now every morning I NEED a cup! There is no bitterness to this and there is no need to add cream, sugar or creamer.
