Proteinex is a great way to get in the extra protein you need to protect bone density and increase muscle for the older generation. Don't like the sucralose, but I can live with it for the ease of getting the protein into my diet.

IT HAS AN OK TASTE JUST GOT IT TODAY AND I ORDERED JUST 2 DAYS AGO SO SHIPPING WAS FASTER THAN EXPECTED. TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY OF ME TRYING IT AND THE TASTE ISNT THAT BAD HOWEVER i ADDED IT TO WATER. I PURCHASED THE CHERRY FLAVOR AND I AM HOPING THAT IT DOES WHAT I WANT IT TO DO AS FAR AS A PROTIEN REPLACEMENT THAT i AM LACKING.
