Essential for keeping your teeth and gums healthy. But don't be afraid to go for the wider sizes - you need to go for the biggest size that your teeth can take. And dig deep to clean the roots - I used to be too gentle!

I use several different coloured tepe brushes for the ever widening gaps in my teeth. These yellow ones are for the smaller areas and they are easy to use to get the plaque from between your teeth as well as food particles.

Moin, Ich verwende insgesamt drei Größen für meine Zähne. Farblich verwende ich die roten, grünen, und gelben Dentalbürsten. Anleitung (meines Zahnarztes): 1) Die Bürste am Stick im rechten Winkel abknicken (Dann kann man sie besser im engen Mundraum führen) 2) Die Bürste in den Zwischenräumen der Zähne hin und her bewegen (ein paar mal) 3) Die Bürste gründlich ausspülen 4) Die Bürste rückseitig mit der beiligenden Kappe. 5) Die Bürste aufrecht auf die Kappe zum Trocknen stellen. Hinweis 1: Die Schutzkappe nicht über die feuchte Bürste stülpen, da dort in dem feuchten Milieu Bakterien oder whatever gedeihen können. Hinweis 2: Für optimale Ergebnisse immer die maximale Größe verwenden. Also wenn die Bürste gerade noch so durch den Zahnzwischenraum passt, ist sie richtig. Ünterstütz die Mundhygene. Ein kleiner Abzug da der Kopf der Bürste auch mal schnell nach nur kurzer Anwendungsdauer abbrechen kann.
