Fast, powerful, easy to use device for the money
Used the 12-bit ADC as a 2 channel 1.25 microsecond interval data collection with the DMAC. The only drawback for me was the 5 vertical pins with the 2 rows of 14 horizontal pins mounted on a solderless breadboard. Remedy - substitute the vertical bottom pins with a 5 conductor top mounted sip socket.

This is my second one, the other is 2040
Needed this for a project and with free prime shipping it was easier to buy from Amazon. Great board! Adafruit rocks!

Excellent Arduino M4 board...
I was using an Adafruit ItsyBitsy M0 Express which is a 48MHz version; basically the same board, however the M4 is 120MHz. For my use this M4 replaced the board exactly except faster... The only issue I had was one time my PC wouldn't recognize it via USB, I thought the board died, what happened the bootloader switched to CircuitPython, to switch it back for USB arduino use, just double click the board's reset button. Excellent board! Perhaps one day I'll give CircuitPython a try...
