PERFECT fit, easy installation (but pay attention to the shape of the inner plastic BEFORE you take off the old one, and align correctly). It too me under 4 minutes to read the instructions and swap out the pads. I have used these replacements for a few months at work HEAVILY (call center) and they show no signs of wear.
