if you use it with a cream or oil it feels so much better! I like that its wide and stable cause I used another one and I kept flipping on me.

Meh - didn’t do much
Meh-This didn’t really work for me. Though it’s the right shape for psoaz relief, laying on a hard thin cold piece of plastic was more painful than it was worth. I do much better with a heated river rock which is thin enough that I can really push it into my psoaz area-the trick is finding a river rock that’s the right shape!!
