Good product, *amazing* customer service and attention to feedback
I had a few issues with this product, and initially it would have been a 3-star review, but the OilSky company's level of service is so outstanding that I have to hand it to them. In detail: The item shipped with a bugged custom equalizer. They sent me an updated firmware with instructions after I emailed them. It took some minor effort, but worked fine afterwards. Most recently, I emailed them about two newer issues: the touch screen goes haywire if any bit of sweat or water gets on it, operating itself and becoming hard to control. They said they appreciated the feedback and would pass this on. In that same email, I mentioned that one certain M4A file out of about 20 M4As would lock the device. At first, they pointed out fairly that this is not an officially supported file type for the device, and as you can see, it's not on this product description. However, in another follow-up email, they told me that after speaking with their technician, converting it to a newer format M4A may fix the issue. After my first email about the controls/files issue, they offered a refund and at first I thought about taking it considering this string of oddities and issues I've had. However, after they came back again with careful attention to my feedback and further help from their tech side, I'd consider this a 5-star experience and declined the refund. This product is honestly every bit as good as it should be and is an absolute steal at $30 US, so in spite of some minor hiccups, you should go for it if you're interested. Keep in mind that a surprisingly excellent service team is behind it. Update: It's now late February 2025, and I've gone back to using this device after use of a $90 device for a while (Mechen M30). This one really is a better value - the only functional downside being no physical "next track" buttons, and after adding a small external amplifier, it now gets loud enough for me as well. The Mechen isn't detected by my computer and I have to use an external SD card reader to move files, as well as it sometimes inexplicably pausing during play. The OilSky device is more reliable in continuous playback, responsiveness of the UI, and of course has Bluetooth. Somehow, I'd say it even sounds better. It seems that Oilsky now even actually has a new model of this that DOES have more physical/tactile buttons, so it's p probably an overall winner. Going to pick up one soon! As before, great job to them!

Solid Little Device!
May be the best MP3 player under $50. It doesn't have hi-fi DAC chip sound quality, but most players under $50 don't. So if you want something cheap that sounds decent and gets the job done, this is a great option. Also comes with 64GB internal memory! Now that's great for the price. Probably the best MP3 player under $50 and is better than some players that are around $100 because it doesn't have software issues and is a solid device.

Awesome value for the money.
Of all the micro-budget DAPs, this one has the best interface, and a generous amount of built in storage. The touch controls are a bit awkward and some of the sorting functionality is confusing, but the battery life and sound quality more than make up for that.

Music with no internet
This item was purchased as a gift for a 13 year old who does not have a smart phone. It allows him to listen to music without any excess apps or internet connection. It has been a great gift that has gotten many hours of use. The Bluetooth connects easily to his earbuds and he didnt need help to set them up. He also enjoys using the radio function to listen to sports games on the radio.

Good for kiddos
I bought two of these for my kids. They download music strait from YouTube. You copy the link paste it to an MP3 file converter online for free and they have music. Convenient. I will say however that the Bluetooth connection with headphones is not all that great, so my kids use the plug in headphones. Great for kids who don’t have phone or need to have their phone taken. They at least can workout or have their emo moment with this.

Small and convenient
Love this thing. It has great sound, nice memory, holds a charge and automatically pairs with my headphones when I turn them on. Since I use it to listen to music while walking, it is so convenient for it to pick up where I left off. It is also much faster on and off than the last one I had.
