I bought these iron-on labels with my son's name and my phone number on them, with the intent of ironing them onto his major school items: backpacks, jackets, etc... I made my original purchase back in March with the intent to iron them onto my son's major school items like backpack, lunch bag, coats, and so on closer to back-to-school season (now). The original roll I ordered had overlapping print which rendered the majority of that roll unusable. (The first part of the roll looked perfect, so I never really pulled out the roll until recently) It was too many months past my return window, so I thought I had no choice but to leave a poor review so that others didn't have this happen to them too. HERE'S THE UPDATE. The seller saw the review, reached out to me, and sent me a whole new roll free of charge, which was printed perfectly! Their customer service was excellent, even though they really didn't have to do that, since it was way beyond the return window. That much was on me. But they wanted to stand by their product, so they sent me a perfect new roll (that I pulled open several inches immediately this time LOL). I greatly appreciate them correcting the problem. Great customer service. So I am re-doing my review to top marks! And if it was any consolation, the parts of the original roll I managed to save, I cut and ironed on. They did stick perfectly. The ribbon quality itself is nice, soft, cloth, so that much from the get-go was good. Now that I have a new roll, this mama is happy! I can honestly say now...this is good value for your money.

Ordered these knowing the it would take a little longer than the usual Amazon buys. Estimated delivery time was given but passed with nothing received. Reached out to seller for update and they were quick to respond and provide a resolution. (In my case I opted to have the item reshipped as I needed/wanted the labels) Like that the labels are fabric so have a nicer feel than the typical plastic coated ones. They look nice too! Application was fairly easy and straightforward. So far they are holding up through the wash. The labels come with minimal packaging which is nice. It also comes in a roll so takes up little space for storing the unused labels. 100 labels is plenty and I don’t expect to need more, but would not hesitate to order from this vendor again if needed and was in no rush to receive.
