I didn't think the rocks were 10ibs in weight and, regardless, I don't think this quantity of rocks anywhere near justifies the price. Very disappointed in the product and how much it cost.

Couldn't have said it better. From Martin of Oct 29, 2025 "The rocks blow up! We ordered it earlier in the year and put it in our rv propane fire pit along with the other lava rock so that we would have more rock but used it for the first time today camping. As soon as it warmed up it started popping and then the rocks started exploding and chips were flying everywhere. We're letting it burn right now to see if it will stop but so far it hasn't. Been burning for 10 minutes. Don't buy these rocks unless you have safety gear." We bought ours May 2025 but didn't open the box until Nov 2025. MANY EXPLOSIONS in a fire ring. Very UNSAFE!!!

I use these in my older gas (propane) grill. It's used to help stop flare ups when grilling meats

I use this to build terrariums. It has a deep black color and nicely textured. Moss grows on it nicely. Good value for the price.

Description says 2"-4". Bag says 1"-3". Actual rocks are more like 1/2"-2"
