This is one of the best purchases I have done, I have had an ear camera to help me out, but it wasn’t as clear. I’ve had another suction device like this, but no camera. With this, it’s a combination of those things, but I can see very clearly and effectively. I can see when I am overdoing the suctioning and when it is not being effective. The suction levels are pretty easy to adjust, the connection to the phone is very easy to set up. The app itself has improved it looks like. I had an momentary issue when trying to connect at first, but I restarted the device and the app and that seemed to have helped fixing that initial connection. The connectivity is pretty strong. Sometimes it cuts out, or gets a bit laggy, but it’s possible that my hand wraps around the antenna of the wifi in the device that it makes it cut out at times. I love how it doesn’t heat up, it stays cool. It’s very easy to clean. The battery lasts for a really long time. Improvements that can be made in the future are, I would rather not receive the little tools it comes with. I can get a better quality tools from another place. If this device could possibly include different LED or laser lighting for different effects on the skin like red/blue/green frequencies too. Other than that, I’m enjoying this device very much. I can tell my face has improved. Less greasiness, less break outs as well. I’m considering getting a face steamer to ease the pore cleaning. Thank you!

I’m a middle-aged woman with naturally oily Swedish skin, which helps me look younger than most people my age. The tradeoff: I’ve battled blackheads and whiteheads since puberty, and it has never let up—especially around my nose and cheeks, where I also deal with rosacea and sensitivity. I bought this blackhead remover vacuum won a whim, and it has been genuinely mind-blowing. I’m not usually a “read the directions” person, but I did this time—and I’m glad I did, because how you use it matters. Used correctly, this is the most gentle extraction I’ve ever experienced. The suction is controlled, the camera helps you be precise (and not overdo it), and I was able to clear congestion without the irritation I normally expect from anything involving suction. The results were immediate: smoother texture, visibly cleaner pores, and a big reduction in the gritty congestion that used to make my pores look enlarged. I used to spend hundreds on facials every quarter mostly for extractions, and I truly don’t see the point anymore. This one-time, minimal investment is going to save me a lot of money—and my skin looks better than it has in a long time. If you’re prone to clogged pores but have sensitive skin (or rosacea), don’t be scared off by the word “vacuum.” Just read the instructions, start on the gentlest setting, and take it slow. For starters, this is the pore vacuum to buy! I was skeptical at first as there were only about 13 or so reviews when I purchased it. Boy was I wrong. This is so amazing. It's like watching your favorite pimple show but in real time, on your own face! I love how you can take pictures and videos. The camera is HD quality and high resolution. It was simple to connect to the app once you download it. The suction is absolutely amazing. Though I highly recommend you start on low as it is strong enough. You should wash your face with warm water first to get the pores good and opened for the excitement to come. You must move it around slowly because if you stay in one place longer than a couple seconds you will wind up with little hickeys or welts from the awesome suction. I however would not recommend this for sensitive skin. It is rechargeable. Easy to clean. Came fully charged with extra heads and tools. Very inexpensive for how well it works. EXCITING and PLEASANTLY GROSS!! LOVE IT!

Not a long term review or for the advertised purpose. I found myself with both covid and a deeply infected pore, the worst of my life. It’s called a furuncle, a horrendously painful type of boil. I won’t get into the details but hope this may help anyone who is in a desperate situation like I am is considering this product for this unadvertised purpose. After charging I found the iPhone app (Cleankit) to be easy to use. No permissions or account was requested on my iPhone. I wish more apps were like this. I connected to the Cleankit wifi network before opening the app. When I connected the camera immediately came up, no buttons or instructions required. When I got a pop up that the network didn’t have Internet connectivity I chose to stay connected. I used the lowest suction setting and largest tip for my purpose. I wasn’t aware the vacuum also had great lights, not just a high def camera - extremely helpful! In a few seconds I was able to extract all contents of the pore, an incredible relief and after one hour already see some signs of healing. But be prepared to watch what’s happening in high def. I’m a bit squeamish but someone had to look to know when to turn it off. I had another pore vacuum that was about the same cost but it fell and broke a year ago. I found this vacuum to be much higher quality and to have extremely helpful features. The camera is invaluable if you are reaching to a location you can’t see without a mirror and the lights are helpful too. Also the suction on the lowest setting was still gentle but much stronger than my other pore vacuum. I won’t speak to safety, but I can imagine there’s any task that requires more than the lowest setting. If I use this on my face in the future for acne, I will definitely follow the instructions and not sit in the same spot on my face, as they suggest in the instructions (no more than 2 seconds). I imagine it could leave some red marks if you don’t follow the instructions and even on the lowest setting. I hope my review helps!
