These headphones have good level of sound, well rounded. And the ambient aware function works really well.

Used these on my long commute for work and reliability has become an issue as no longer pairing to my iPhone pro max 13. I am returning the item for a refund.

Do not buy, the difference between left and right earbuds is very noticeable even when fully biased to the right, it’s still noticeably quieter than left. Basically pointless.

I have been using the item for one month and the sound is low and muffled. I cannot hear properly. I have tried to report the item as defective but amazon only directs me to JBL who cannot help.

Vi que algunos les incomoda en la oreja, pero creo depende de la oreja de cada quien...hay gente que tiene un poco rara la forma de la oreja, o muy pequeñas y seguramente les incomodaría, pero yo creo que tengo oreja tamaño estándar y me embonan perfectamente. toma eso en cuenta antes de comprarlos. Por lo demás son los mejores audífonos que pude comprar, ya que los necesito para correr y para hacer bicicleta y cumplen perfectamente: se enganchan en la oreja para no caerse aun con movimientos bruscos y continuos como correr, suenan de maravilla con bajos profundos que me encanta, son contra agua y sudor, tiene función para oír lo que pasa afuera o incluso para hablar con alguien y escuchar tu voz y se baja el volumen de la música. Ya solo con esos beneficios son una maravilla, vale la pena pagar ese precio ya que lo barato sale caro....yo había comprado otros mas baratos de marca china y en 2 usos se descompusieron, pero con estos se nota la calidad y durabilidad....para mucho tiempo. los recomiendo amplia mente.

Not comfortable and have to constantly keep adjusting it. Once you begin intense workout, due to sweating the audio is an issue and music can barely be heard.
