I am legally blind with 9% vision in my left eye and 5% vision in my right eye. My normal need for magnification is 4x to 6x, so this 5x product fits my needs. I am a number cruncher by trade, deal with a lot of small print, and the Carson LumiLoupe is one of the finest products I have ever used as it has noticeably improved my productivity. It's a combination hands-on, hands-free magnifier. The casing feels of high quality, it glides over the pages effortlessly, the magnification is clear and concise, and the lighting evenly illuminates the page. There is a tiny bit of distortion around the very outer edge, but this is barely noticeable and does not affect my reading ability in any way. The glass is high quality and the casing protects the bottom glass area. I have never bought from this company before but I will gladly investigate their other products. Oh, and shipping was free and fast. My estimated delivery was Nov 17-24 and it arrived on Nov 12!

Die Lupe funktioniert gut. Sie braucht AAA-Batterien und die sind lange nicht so teuer wie Knopfbatterien die in die meisten anderen Lupen kommen. Das gefällt mir.
