Perfect for making protein bread!

This is fine as an egg white substitute in baking since it smoothes out when you whisk it, but it does not blend well as a protein supplement. Too clumpy to drink.

I used to get this in a huge container. Now it’s only available in a tiny 8 oz container at a high price point. The taste is great and it’s good quality protein powder. I use it for my ninja creami and it’s an excellent source of protein. I’m just disappointed by the change in size/price.
