It's produced by breaking down starches found in plant sources. Through this process, no plant DNA is left behind, making these hypoallergenic and allergen-free. We have many customers that have been able to enjoy our coffees in spite of reflux complications, especially our dark roast, Ease. Things like coffee cultivar, processing, and roast levels can impact the acidity in coffee. Our Ease is lower in acidity than any other of our coffees.
