What a great rope! I use the weighted handles w/o the rope when I don’t have enough ceiling height and don’t have time for stopping due to missing steps. I attach the rope to see if I still got it!! And I do!!!🤣☺️

Excellent. I think I bit off more than I can chew not knowing jumping rope gives you a full body workout. Easy to use, however I wish it would save how many jumps I left off on because my goal is to do 1000 jumps a day. Other than that light weight and comfortable. Grip is 100%. Totally recommend.

This cordless jump rope is pretty easy to use. While it comes with a counter feature, I never actually use it. For me, it's all about the short bursts during 1-2 minute intervals, and it gets the job done without any fuss. This is a much have, I love the digital counting of jumps that you do, the fact that it has a timer and If you can’t go outside to jump rope, you can jump rope inside without the rope and the cordless rope with the ball attachment that gives you the weight as if you have the rope on it and it still has the jump rope effect as you’re jumping
