Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Max Strength is the only diaper rash cream I use for my baby—and for good reason. The quality is outstanding, and it works incredibly well to clear up even stubborn rashes quickly. If you’re dealing with diaper rash, this is the product to try before turning to a doctor for a prescription formula. Yes, it’s expensive compared to other creams, but the effectiveness and peace of mind make it worth every penny. It applies smoothly, stays in place, and provides fast relief for irritated skin. Pros: Highly effective against diaper rash Trusted quality and performance Thick formula that stays in place Works quickly for stubborn rashes Cons: Expensive compared to other options Bottom Line: If you want the best protection and treatment for diaper rash, Boudreaux’s Max Strength is worth the investment. It’s the only paste I trust for my baby.

I purchased this butt paste because our pediatrician recommended us this brand. However it was so so thick for us. It did do its job and healed her skin, but was very hard to spread. Maybe because we were new parents? But it does guarantee what it says in a short amount of time. I recommend it to parents who are used to spreading very strong, thick diaper creams.

Someone's skin response to product is different for everyone. This product helped a large portion of my body heal from intertrigo when many other brands failed (A+D, Triple Paste, Desitin, Sudacrem, and some generics). Definitely worth trying, even though it's expensive. It's less thick than it used to be some years ago, which is a shame, but that's the world we live in.

My wound care doctor recommended this product for redness and irritation on the back of my thighs. It is healing well. My only complaint is that it is thick gets on my clothes. It does wash out. The odor is pleasant. I have used it both in the tube and jar.

Boudreaux’s Butt Paste diaper rash cream has been an effective solution for my baby’s diaper rashes. Its formula with 16% zinc oxide provides a protective barrier that soothes and prevents irritation. It’s easy to apply and free from parabens, preservatives, and talc, making it safe for sensitive skin. Since we started using it, rashes disappear quickly and my baby’s skin remains soft and irritation-free. It’s a reliable product we always keep at home.
