I purchased this butt paste because our pediatrician recommended us this brand. However it was so so thick for us. It did do its job and healed her skin, but was very hard to spread. Maybe because we were new parents? But it does guarantee what it says in a short amount of time. I recommend it to parents who are used to spreading very strong, thick diaper creams.

Someone's skin response to product is different for everyone. This product helped a large portion of my body heal from intertrigo when many other brands failed (A+D, Triple Paste, Desitin, Sudacrem, and some generics).
