I’ve tried a lot of different coffee beans over the years, but these Amazon Colombian Coffee Beans have quickly become one of my favourites. The flavour is rich and smooth, not too bitter, not too acidic, just that perfectly balanced cup you want first thing in the morning. With a little drop of cream, it becomes wonderfully smooth and mellow, the kind of coffee that makes you pause and actually enjoy the moment. I brew mine using a cafetiere (French press), and they work beautifully, producing a deep, aromatic cup every time. That said, I’m sure they’d be just as good in a filter machine or espresso maker too, as the beans have such a versatile and well-rounded flavour profile. Another thing that really makes these beans stand out is their freshness and balance. A good coffee should have that inviting aroma when ground, a smooth body when brewed, and a clean finish, these beans deliver all three. They’re also reasonably priced for the quality, offering a premium coffee experience without being over priced. If you’re looking for a reliable, delicious everyday coffee, this is it. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be buying these again!

It's not bad for cheap coffee. Quite bitter. Would I get it again??? Probably not but it's good for emergency coffee.

Strong and dark, way stronger than what I've been buying locally. My first 2 cups had me overdosing. Not the most flavorful, if you like a lot of aromatics and subtle notes, but it's strong and smooth. Very good value for money too.

Ho acquistato questo caffè in grani 100% Arabica di origine Colombia e l’ho provato in diverse estrazioni (moka, filtro e espresso), quindi questa recensione si basa su uso reale ripetuto e non su una prova occasionale. I chicchi tostati di media intensità sprigionano subito un aroma piacevole e rotondo alla macinatura, con note che ricordano frutti leggeri e cacao tostato, tipiche dei caffè arabica colombiani di buona qualità.  All’estrazione il corpo è medio, con una acidità delicata e una dolcezza bilanciata che non sovrasta la bevanda. Nel complesso risulta equilibrato: né troppo forte né troppo debole, adatto sia a chi ama un caffè quotidiano che a chi lo usa come base per cappuccino o caffè lungo.  Con la moka ho ottenuto una tazza che mantiene un profilo aromatico limpido, mentre con filtro il caffè risulta più elegante e con note fruttate più evidenti. La macinatura appena prima della preparazione aiuta moltissimo a preservare gli aromi.  Un limite da considerare è che, come molti caffè colombiani di media torrefazione, può apparire un po’ delicato per chi ama profili molto intensi o tostature scure. Inoltre, l’esperienza varia con la freschezza della tostatura: se i chicchi non sono recenti può risultare meno vibrante.  In sintesi: è un caffè versatile e ben bilanciato, con un aroma piacevole e adatto a molteplici modalità d’estrazione. Lo consiglierei a chi cerca un caffè quotidiano di qualità, equilibrato ma non eccessivamente potente.

Der Espresso ist sehr stark und gut. Werde ich wieder bestellen.
