The meat sticks to the product. Every time you shape it and want to pull it out it sticks and breaks the meat apart. It’s horrible. I threw it away.

I have been wanting to buy something like this for quite some time. This machine is definitely 5 stars on build quality. It does take a little bit of getting used to in terms of how much pressure to apply. Once you get a hang of it, you will never go back.Love it!

Received an open box annd returned item from seller although I paid for a brand new device. This was a gift and the recipient received someone else’s return complete with fingerprints in which I paid full price for. Item is over priced. Overall, I like the sturdiness of this product in comparison to the plastic version, but I do not trust the seller for future purchases.

Though I found it to be slightly overpriced, it makes the koubideh processing a lot faster. it’s easy to clean and appears to be pretty robust.
