All lady bugs arrived alive despite my mail carrier throwing them over the fence and leaving them in the direct sun. I did store them in my fridge door overnight per the instructions and released them the following evening using the instructions. They did a great job cleaning my anpid problem basically overnight. I did order wayyy too many for my small garden so I gave away half. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Also loved the little information booklet that came with it.

All of the ladybugs arrived alive. I stored them in my refrigerator for about 12 hours until dusk, then misted my rose bushes and released several under each bush. They went right to work! Wonderful!

I was nervous reading 1 star reviews but I had a wonderful experience with these ladybugs. I didn’t count if all three thousand were there, but there was definitely plenty of them! They all appeared to be alive and got right to work eating pests. It was a lot of fun letting them go and watching them roam the yard. I would recommend these 10/10, fast delivery, secure packaging, bugs were alive and well. Hopefully these little ladies can do their best work and clean up my cucumbers!

All of my ladybugs arrived alive and healthy! The package included excellent instructions on how to release them into the garden. The company even sent a bonus book about beneficial insects and tips for getting rid of other garden pests. Such a nice surprise! I’ve ordered ladybugs from other distributors in the past, but this experience was by far the best. This family-owned company clearly cares about their customers and the quality of their product. The ladybugs arrived quickly and in good shape. I released 3,000 of them in my flowerbeds at dusk, after the skies cleared from a passing thunderstorm. I was pleasantly surprised, here it is three days later and quite of a few of the ladybugs have stuck around.

Amazing!! My first time to purchase ladybugs...they arrived, all 3000, alive and well. We stored them in the fridge overnight, then next evening introduced them to our garden. We grew Artichokes for first year and were having issues ridding them of aphids. Read online about Ladybugs, ordered, followed instructions, even put out honey on index cards within garden, for them. They were very hungry, and continue to hang out on all our veggies and herbs. Our Artichokes are thriving and aphids are no longer present! Great company! Praise the Ladybugs - highly recommend

Arrived alive and hungry. After 3 purchases, these little beneficial bugs eliminated the aphid infestation on my 6 crepe myrtle trees. Great job, ladies! Not all survived the trip, but plenty enough did to be of use.

I just released half of the bugs in my garden. It's warm here during the day and has not dropped below freezing, but for some reason, the aphis and green worms seem to be thriving. Hopefully, my Ladybugs will have enough daylight warmth to consume the pests. I prefer the Ladybugs to pesticides and vinegar solutions for my garden. This supplier sent pre-fed bugs, and the vast majority seemed to be alive. It's hard to tell if they are all alive in the bag, but I've had pretty good luck, so far. The Price was right and the shipping was quick. I will use this supplier again.
