The media could not be loaded. Two months in and I continue to be blown away on a daily basis.This is everything I've ever wanted out of a FDM printer. Right out of the box we have the 14 minute benchy, which prints at a significantly better quality than any other creality printer I've ever tried. The quality is great, but the speed is whats really impressed me. I am in the process of printing a lifesize anime statue that I was able to finish printing on 2 WEEKS EARLY because of this beast. Prints that used to take me 20-23 hours are now getting done in 3-5 hours. Now, you will still have to do sanding and filling to get perfectly smooth prints like the ones pictured, but thats to be expected on FDM. So far I've only had two failed prints, one because I forgot to set up supports, and the other because I sliced the model over the boundaries. I've yet to have any adhesion issues (I do clean the bed and use a glue stick regularly though), clogging, collisions with prints, or any other issues.For anyone worried, my machine shipped with the new extruder and it never had any under extrusion issues so far. I do print slower though with nylon and ABS filaments.For new users, don't be afraid. This is by far the easiest printer I've ever used from the start. It's almost the exact same as using the Bambu x1 but at under half the cost.

I’ve had a few printers in my life, and this one is the best so far. Hands free leveling and the WiFi connections are very nice

This is my 3rd 3D printer. My first was a Monoprice 3D Mini that was great to start out with, but didn't have much to offer in the way of upgrades. The second was a Voxelab Aquila X2 that I frankensteined into something desirable but unrecongizable from its original self. The Creality X1 worked straight out of the box producing quality prints and offering incomparable value. My only complaint is that it was missing a magnet on the top lid that causes the top to become slightly dislodged with every print. I haven't contacted the manufacturer about this issue, and honestly due to my own laziness, I probably won't ever because the printer just does so well. I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. It's a value machine. It works. I rooted mine the night I got it and started printing upgrades. It's an awesome machine but like any creality product, it's a tinkerer's machine. If you want to never play with firmware or work on it, buy a Bambu lab. The K1 suits my needs just fine though

Doesnt go 10 prints without messing up extremely loud and messy and unreliable dont buy go for bambu lab

The printer has been performing well. I did notice that it shipped with the old version of the extruder and hotend. I contacted the seller, they asked for the printer serial number, and got the new versions mailed out to me.

The media could not be loaded. Update on support for the issues I've had.After telling me that there was an issue with the noise the printer was making, they have decided that it is a non-issue and washed their hands of it.I determined that the extruder was an issue with the filament feed problem I was having. I ended up purchasing a new extruder and it did fix the problem. I ask them to replace the old one but you MUST GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER or they will not send you replacement parts. I opted not to do that. Your phone number should not be a requirement for receiving replacement parts.over all this is a good printer, very fast but there are issues, you will be able to find youtube videos for some resolutions but may need to dig into the printer.the attached video is of the z axis that is noisy. it wasn't at first so I know it is not normal. I have been working with customer support via email and they still have not resolved the issue. They indicated it was a bad part so I inspected all part and sent them pictures a few days ago but no response. Be sure you are mechanically inclined if you buy this printer.the other day the filament quit feeding and got jammed in the head, I was able to find a video on youtube that explained how to take the feeder off and disassemble it to fix the problem. I also leveled the bed to see if it would fix any of the issues I was having. this requires you to take the bottom off and loosen a tensioner then move the bed to the lowest position, again there is a video for that procedure.bottom line, I would buy it again just because of the price point but am not happy with the on going issues and lack of responsive support from creality.
