These things work I have the dexcom they stay on durning a. Shower and are hard to remove make sure the area is clean and free of hair you can use the dexcom on your arm. I chose to wear it on my chest so remove the hair in the area plus when removing it and the dexcom put some mineral oil baby oil on it to help it ease off .note make sure you have help or the mirror when placing it on , I messed up got the patch on wrong and pulled off the patch and the dexcom with it so be careful but the patch works really good

Bought for the Dexcom G7. This over-patch can be a bit tricky to get on, but is much easier than the over-patches for the Dexcom G6. I absolutely recommend!

I have sensitive skin, so I specifically chose the HONYOU overpatches because they are marketed as "latex-free and hypoallergenic." I was also encouraged by the high number of positive reviews compared to other brands. However, my experience was the complete opposite of what was advertised. The application process was frustrating. The patches are unnecessarily large; since they encircle the sensor rather than covering it, the footprint on the skin is massive. Because of the size and the awkwardness of the back-of-the-arm placement for the Dexcom G7, I was unable to apply this myself and required assistance to get it centered correctly. While the material is thin and has some stretch, it does not feel breathable at all. Even though the patch is quite large, it began peeling at the edges in less than 24 hours. More importantly, the "hypoallergenic" claim did not hold up. Within a day, I experienced significant discomfort and itching. Upon removal, I discovered a severe red rash exactly where the adhesive had been (see attached photo). I couldn't even make it 24 hours, let alone the 15 days the product claims to last. Pros: * Thin, stretchy material. * Large quantity in the pack (though unusable for me). Cons: * Severe Skin Irritation: Caused a painful reaction despite being labeled hypoallergenic. * Difficult Application: Too large to apply solo on the arm. * Poor Adhesion: Started peeling within the first day. Buyer Beware!! If you have sensitive skin, please use extreme caution with this product.

I am surprised that some users had these fail. I have gone through over a hundred of these and have not had one fall off, no skin reactions. You may fumble a bit with applying the first one till you get the hang of it, but this is a great product. I apply it over the supplied Dexcom overpatch.
