Great chair and a great deal. For what office chairs go for these days and if you need something new I recommend this one. Casters roll well and the base pivots with little effort and no looseness. The T-Handle wrench is a bonus and all of the screw heads are the same size. Instructions are easy to understand with complete diagrams with screw descriptions and part numbers from the presorted blister pack that the screws come in. It is a real brochure, not some single page diagram printed in a font size 2. Pic attached is old chair on the left vs this chair on the right.

Such a great office chair for the money! Easy to put together and VERY comfortable. I find myself sitting in it fore hours on end between work and gaming. The hair is sturdy, stable, and a great size. I appreciate the height adjustability of it as well. Overall a great chair for a great price.

If you want something between a gaming and an office chair here you go! It's not as obtrusive or ugly as a typical gaming chair and it still provides head rest support if you're shorter than 5'10. Pros: Tension knob for finding the perfect rocking motion when chair is unlocked. It's comfortable and sturdy. Cons: No armrest height adjustment. It's just up or down. I've had the chair lower itself on its own just from leaning back. Occasionally the pin on the bottom will slip out of the locked position and send me rocking back suddenly.

Was in the market for a new chair. Found this. Comfortable, adjusts height well, arms fold up and actually stay up. It has one purpose: to be a chair, and does just that. My back is happy, my ass is happy, I am happy. BUT.....the best part? The allen WRENCH it came with. That's right, you read that right......allen WRENCH. They packed in this bad boy with all the hardware (which was labeled perfectly so I knew which screw went to which hole). Not some rinky-dink little guy that blows out my thumb and index finger to the point where I cannot feel them for hours. No to mention I always chuck them into the trash after. This one however, went straight to the tool box. In my opinion, the wrench alone makes this chair 5-Stars.

I wanted a chair in my office I can sit cross legged, this one is perfect. I wasn't looking for arm rests but they are at a good height. Easy to put together...a little struggle w the back of chair, but otherwise fine. I did order a gel cushion but the chair is pretty comfortable to sit in for long periods of time without. Maybe need a back pillow too, but that's my preference.

Comfy and affordable. Didn't want to spend as much as some of this expensive chairs cost but in my opinion it works just as good.

Super comfortable chair that looks great. Easy to setup and cushions in it make for a chair I could sit in for hours on hours without getting uncomfortable. If you’re a gamer or work at a desk for most of your day I highly recommend this chair

Have had for a while now. Very comfortable and ability to fold the armrests up when needed is very useful.
