Works great. Had missing pieces

My wife and I bought a mainstays bookshelf from Walmart and while putting it together, the cheap cam locks that were included disintegrated while tightening. We called Walmart support and they were no help. The wife and I stumbled across this kit with multiple sizes of cam locks and cam screws. They are built much better than the ones shipped with mainstays. We found the appropriate size cam lock and finished assembly. Perfect item to save the day.

I'm not sure how a cam lock nut falls out and disappears in a drawer, but one did in my dresser so the front panel was pulling off when I opened the drawer. Quick check of replacement parts on IKEA was not so quick - listed by part number...like how TF would I know the part number?! An actual quick check on Amazon, and I found out that there's a plethora of items for this need. I wasn't 100% sure which size I needed, so I purchased this 110pc assortment. Found what I needed in the box, quick fix, and now I have 109 pieces for future repairs!

I was setting up a cubicle shelf and was short one camlock. I went to Ace hardware, home depot and Lowe's and was surprised they only had two sizes of Cam locks and neither were the size I needed. I wasn't sure exactly what size the cam lock I needed was as it does not say what size it is. I brought the cam lock with me to all the above places and they all had the two sizes all stores were the same size, but too big. I like this because it comes with several different sizes, however I gave it only three stars because it stated the size I needed was in the pack, however they were not at all the sides I needed. I did decide to keep it instead of returning it as it may come in handy setting up other furniture.

Purchased a prepac nightstand and the box was missing one of the cam screws. I called the company and they said they would ship a replacement in 7 days. So, I have this 1/2 built nightstand laying in the middle of the floor. I come to Amazon to find a cam screw and there are a ton of options but I wasn't sure if it would be the right size. It was!!! Perfect replacement for the prepac RM-0500 black cam screw. The other sizes in this box appear to be the same as the RM-0501 green, too! Super pleased that the nighstand (which I'm using as mini dressers in my son's room for under his loft bed) are put together and being used! Only 5 more days until the screws arrive from prepac, LOL
