The flavor is good, you don’t have that stevia or fake sugar taste. They dissolve easily in water. The sodium isn’t insanely high either like it is in LMNT. Great electrolyte!

I put one pack of this into 20 OZ of water. It tastes fantastic & helps me stay hydrated. They have several great flavors to choose from. I also suggest glowberry, strawberry watermelon, & Meta Moon [berries]. Take good care of yourself!

Lots of powdered hydration options out there. This does a good job. The thing that caught me off guard was the aftertaste of the 10% coconut water. Its much more overpowering than anticipated. Didn't get much blue raspberry that I was hoping for.
