Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works!I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient.In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore.Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

I dd not know VD works best when combined with K2 until watching Dr Berg's video. I ordered the first jar for myself. After taking it for 3 days, the results were fantastic. I got into sleep faster than before. I sleep deeper and longer after taking this product for 1 week. It helps me so much with stress released and stronger the immunity. I've placed a few re-orders for my friends and family recently. I would recommend this to everyone I know.
