Vallejo Model Color Face Skin Colours Acrylic Paint Set - Assorted Colours (Pack of 16), 17 ml, Brown

I'm new to painting figures like this one, but found this acrylic to be nice and thick and to cover well. The colours are vivid too. I bough this set just for flesh tones, but ended up using the red, blue and black to paint the whole thing. Primed with Vallejo grey primer as well.

These are very easy to use and my get to paints , especially for use with an Airbrush

I've spent years endlessly mixing paint trying to add variation to the skin tones on figures. Years of annoyance when the paint dries while working on small difficult areas, and frustration trying to get that particular tone again. This set negates all that fiddling around. Okay, maybe there's the shortcut thing where I'm being lazy by not mixing my own, but come on, this is such a time saver and so consistent that I can't find fault. The paints are excellent quality, look good, paint well. You can't ask for more than that. These can still be mixed for variation, but with 16 colours, at least there's a good variation to start with.

Really amazing paints Nephew damaged the original paintwork on the Albeldo Figure. I have not painted for over 10 years but was able to blend and apply a close enough match to save the figure, any flaws are due to my lack of experience with airbrushing/painting in figures.

I had used Vallejo paints in the past, but I didn't use them correctly. After trying other model paints, and also gaining more experience in figure painting, I decided to give Vallejo another go, and they are great paints and they give amazing coverage. Now I only use Vallejo and I would happily recommend them.

Great range of colours. Box was a bit dinged up and was debatable that the seal had been broken and re sealed.

...für alle "Selbstfarbmischer". Aus diesem Set bekommt man so ziemlich jeden Farbton heraus. Wer allerdings daran gewöhnt ist mit exakten Farbkodierungen zu arbeiten sollte dabei bleiben. Diese Farben sind etwas "liqider", man könnte sie sogar in bestimmter Hardware für Airbrush verwenden. Die Deckkraft ist gut, sie dunkeln nach dem Auftragen etwas nach. Die Behälter sind aus Plast und Pipettenflaschen, man kann die Farbe also tropfenweise dosieren, was für das mischen sehr hilfreich ist, da gibt es nicht soviel Verlust und es ist damit sogar das Mischen von hell nach dunkel in Farbtonstufen möglich. Und nicht zuletzt wird durch die kleine Flüssigkeitsoberfläche im Behälter das Eintrocknen verzögert. Empfehlenswert

Amazingly perfect colors right out of the box. I added a little drop of thinner to the vermilion and it sprayed out beautifully from my airbrush. I am never disappointed with Vallejo's paints. Excellent coverage, self-leveling, and just beautiful pigmentation!

These craft Paints are very nice! As noted they are "sef-leveling"! They do not leave lumps or any thin coating. I will gladly purchase these paints in other colors!

Essential pack to have, for skin and face painting. Just not sure why blue and red are in the pack but no yellow, if considered primary colours. Overall very happy with the pack!
