Ajinomoto MSG – Monosodium Glutamate 250g (ADELKOS)

I always use this. A little goes a long way so it lasts for ages.

If someone told me a few years ago I'd be putting monosodium glutamate on food I would have laughed at them but this stuff is 1,000 times better than salt and probably a little healthier as it's not salt it literally enhances flavour so it doesn't make things salty it just makes them taste ridiculously good you know why you like a Chinese takeaway that's right it's because of MSG and this stop is brilliant
