Linden Honey, also known as Lime Tree Honey. A very special honey from our Single Origin range. A wonderful runny honey made by the bees from nectar of the fragrant blossoms of lime trees. A zesty, tangy flavour honey, works beautifully spooned over your breakfast of yoghurt, granola, or porridge oats. Also very nice drizzled over a sharp cheese. This honey retains all of its goodness, flavour, and beneficial properites because we handle it with such care, and never heat it to more than 40 degrees to keep it's Raw Honey properties intact.

Not genuine
Delivery was as expected but this taste like normal sugary honey you get at the supermarket. I tried dropping a tp of it into ball with water and shaking it to see if it forms a shape like a honeycomb as with other raw honey, but it was just a mixture of different lines and nothing. I don't think this is genuine raw honey. Don't know what the lime label got to do with it as it just taste sweet like sugar syrup.

This is a lovely product. I bought this to go with my apple cider vinger and it goes well. Love it
