Perfect addition to my home workouts – noticeable toning without the sweat!
I’ve been using the Smiofo ABS Stimulator for about a month now, and I’m seriously impressed! As someone with a busy schedule, I love that I can pop this on while working from home, watching TV, or even during light chores—no gym required. The belt fits comfortably around my abdomen (and the included pads work great on arms and legs too), and the 12 different modes plus adjustable intensity levels let me start easy and build up. I usually do 15-30 minutes a day, and the contractions feel strong and effective—like getting a mini workout without doing endless crunches. It’s rechargeable via USB, holds a charge well, and the auto shut-off is super convenient. After consistent use, my core feels firmer, my posture has improved, and I’ve seen better definition around my midsection (especially when combined with my regular diet and occasional cardio). It’s not a miracle device that replaces real exercise, but as a toner and muscle activator, it’s fantastic—especially for recovery days or when I’m short on time. The pads stick well (I spray a little water as recommended), no skin irritation, and it’s portable enough to travel with. Great value for the price! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy way to target abs, arms, or legs at home. Worth every penny—five stars all the way! 💪

does what it says
It is a very good product. Within 3-5 days of use I could feel it toning my abs. I like that you can being doing other things while wearing it and it is still very functional.

I feel amazing!
I just got this today and used it twice so keep that in mind. However, I used these for years about 10 years ago, they worked then and the technology has advanced even more so now. This product works amazingly so far. As a thicker girl, the arm bands and the stomach band fit with tons of room to spare. They stay on well. There are a lot of programs and intensity levels to choose from. I love the convenience of the wire free design. I can wear it while working from home. If you pay attention you will literally see your muscles tensing up and releasing over and over. So this does work well. Just be careful not to touch the pads with your hands while the machine is on because it feels weird on your fingers. After using this twice my body feels amazing. I feel a little sore like from a good workout but I can also feel the blood flow increasing and the endorphins. I’d recommend doing it before sleep so you feel really relaxed. This machine is strong so do not start off too high. I highly recommend this product! Thank you!

Ok
Purchased because no gel pads and YT was pushing some military crap. Works well. Drawbacks are the extension belt is too short and cheap and the Velcro sucks. Otherwise I have bricked abs. Oh the arm pieces are not worth it

Easy and lets you multitask
This is a great supplement to your fitness routine. I have improved my ab tightness twice as fast using this while watching Tv after I get back from the gym!

Pleasantly surprised!
Okay so I read the reviews before I purchased - from what I saw it had great feed back. I can attest to this - I am SHOCKED, honestly at the effectiveness. I purchased this for a few reasons, 1. My schedule is so busy, I’m always doing stuff and my jobs are both very physical yet I suffer from ailments galore. 2. I am having my second hip surgery this winter, and I thought it would be a good thing to keep my arm muscles stimulated while bed ridden for 2-6 weeks. 3. I’m getting married next year and the fear of losing my body this winter from surgery and not being able to get it back in time freaks me out. 4. It was an excellent prime deal and reasons 1-3 warranted the deal! The quality, intensity modes, and the fact that there are so many different “exercise” patterns/modes is very impressive. Not only do I actually break a sweat, feel my abdominal muscles and arm muscles WORKING… my nerve pain has been so much better since I started using these! Almost like an intense TENS unit, but TENS units never have been able to help me. I wasn’t expecting to get pain relief from this, but I’m sure glad I have! The only thing is that I wish there was a way to make them tighten more, I have skinny arms and I’m just barely making it where it can get some Velcro after wrapping it to the tightest. The tummy one also seems a little big for me, maybe wish the fit was peaked more at the center of the belly. Regardless, I make it work. I use these several times a day. I’m honestly obsessed! Buy it!

Belt does work…but there are issues to be aware of
The belt and arm belts were packaged well. Everything was new and clean. I had some nits…one was the belt was hard to fasten at the back. I had to really struggle with the velcro (note that the pads are now wet and the belt would not swivel around my waist - you Have to hook it in back). Two is that if you are a big guy/girl…the belt is on a smaller size. It barely closed and I am not huge. Third is that once you wet the pads on the belt, fight to get it on, I found that the electronic units the power the belt are hard to see and therefore its a pain to change modes and speed or even turning on/off. The last nit is the manual that comes with it. The manual extensively lists all the “Don'ts” but not much else…like how to properly put on the belt, what the various modes are, what the different modes do as far as fitness…nothing.
