Really good, have cooked the most amazing lamb and chicken on the bbq using it.

Works well and didn't get too soggy on my last 20 hour pork shoulder smoke. Wrapped at the stall and left it wrapped until finished. Took the meat off and the paper was still intact. Let the meat with a really nice bark on it. Will be buying this again. Oh forgot...... The width of this particular brand is great, it's wide enough so a single sheet is fine for wrapping.

The definitive "peach" butcher paper, as used by all the leading 'pit masters'. Bought ready to smoke my first brisket. The roll is reassuringly tall/wide so hopefully the length will be adequate for a few uses. This stuff isn't cheap, but is renowned as the best - and with an expensive cut of meat why take any chances with the paper?

After watching American BBQ showdown thought I'd give it a try. So much better than foil as it doesn't keep cooking the meat. It just keeps it warm and let's the juices do there job
