These are a nice medium pressure for my legs. They don't ride down at all and keep my legs from getting tired throughout the day. They've held up with multiple washings, but I don't put them in the dryer.

Bought them for my pregnant wife in her 3rd trimester. I had good experience with the mild compression pantyhose so I recommended the knee high to my wife for the swelling she had. This variant is a moderate so a bit tighter than the mild ones I had, but the sizing is accurate, no hurting her toes and very minimal slipping down
