The issue is with the metal clip, I had to put tape on it so it wouldn't rip into the gloves. The button and velcro are OK but I would recommend using tape to insure it doesn't fall off the belt. This is one of the better quality one product out there, it's not plastic.

This is an exceptionally useful fast-clip for gloves especially with the combination snap/Hook and Loop double belt attachment allowing a wider range of molle attachments.
