Great insoles
Excellent insoles which make walking feel lighter and more comfortable.

The best insoles
Have bought quite a few pairs of these now as they are SO comfortable and effective. Not sure why some reviewers haven’t been able to benefit from them as the gel is SUPPOSED to move - that’s what gives them the excellent massaging effect! They were recommended to me by a chiropodist who told me that it’s best to get insoles with movable gel and she wasn’t wrong. I tried so many others before these where the gel was rigid and they just made my feet worse. Some people may need to use them for longer just to get used to them but once you do, it makes such a difference to painful feet (no more blisters either!)

NOT COOLING
top bit you cut off is ridged and very uncomfortable on toes. Gel is comfortable to walk on, but it is super HOT. Great for Winter, but I put these in the fridge before wearing and after 2 hours they were really very warm. As I bought them specifically for comfort and cooling, I would NOT RECOMMEND.

Flawed insoles
The insoles were fine except for the hard ridges in the toe end of the insole which hurt so no goid. Had to buy stick on gel pads to cover these ridges so deferated the object,

En traitement chimio, je les ai achetées pour contrer le syndrome des pieds qui brûlent, au top. Un produit efficace en oncologie, mes pieds sont protégés et restent frais toute la journée pour apaiser favorablement les brûlures dûes à la chimio. Très satisfaite, j ai trouvé le bon produit.

On the second day I used these insoles, one of them busted, it was only the first hour of my working day...it was horrible to work all day with my foot wet!

These aren't like the ones I bought years ago, but they were less expensive! I was having trouble with plantar fasciitis back then. Now I have diabetes and my feet especially my toes feel numb a lot. I decided to try these, they feel so nice! And I'm sure the messaging is helping my feet.
