Okay so this stuff really works! Getting older is not fun let me say that-upfront! The biggest concern I have had is the thinning of my hair. I also noticed my part on my scalp opening up further. Not good- not good at all!! So I started using Primal Beings collagen pills for the last six months. I already take their teste pills for recovery and energy ( and works highly for my libido 😉) and their brain supplement-which is amazing-talk about something that gives you incredible focus ! After 3 months I started seeing baby hair’s growing finally in my thinning spots. Just came from hairdressers the other day and as she examined my scalp both of us could see hair growth at about inch and half long!! I was so excited and happy and best part my lady I use to cut my hair said it feels thicker to her and definitely saw growth of hair occurring in those thinning areas!! Yeah!!! Totally pumped because of this! I only take 3 pills of the collagen and it’s also made my skin feel so soft and supple. But after the positive results my hairdresser made upon examining my scalp I’m upping these babies to 4 pills a day. So happy to know I’ve found something that truly works for me. Bioactive collagen is highly nutritious, providing many necessary nutrients which are help the body function well. The best collagen comes from grass fed and grass finished beef. And cows in New Zealand are Some of the healthiest in the world. This product features grass fed and finished beef collagen from New Zealand. It is also GMO free, free of pesticides, hormones, wheat, preservatives and other undesirable chemicals. However there is no mention of the type of facility or third party testing. This comes with a double seal and the expiration date is two years from now. The dose is four medium sized capsules which can be taken whole or emptied into a smoothie. I’ve experienced no difficulty swallowing or negative side effects. I’ve been taking this for a week and do feel somewhat strengthened. Overall this looks like a good quality product but I question the freshness because anytime I open fresh beef products I can always smell the beef and there is almost no odor. I have removed stars because of the lack of certifications. Also the country of manufacture is missing. In todays market a product like this needs certifications to prove to the consumer that it is properly processed. So while this looks like a good product I’ve removed one star.
