Excellent product. I've had ilio-sacral misalignment problems for years. No exercises helped. I just had to wait for a chance movement to click the joint back in place. I bought this belt and wear it for a couple of hours low on the hips and my ilio-sacral joint is miraculously back in alignment. I do up the belt with the velcro fastening then the tighten it further with the two velcro straps on the sides.

Waiting for a hip replacement..hoped this would help reduce pain when walking and doing DIY. A definite improvement..I use it quite a bit and it helps take the pressure off my back and pelvis. Very happy.

I suffer from arthritis in my hips as well as lower back pain, so looking for something that would provide support & alleviate some pain. This seems like a good product for that. Unfortunately, I don’t think k it is designed for people with a belly, as when it is positioned in the way it states in the instructions, there is not enough room for it to sit below the belly, so it folds over & sticks into the belly, leaving sore red marks. Could only wear it for an hour or two before it was too uncomfortable to wear. Shame as it seems well made & reasonably easy to put on, ideal for thin people!

Gives good support and Velcro grips really well. I can stand for longer and walk further before pain starts. Well worth a try for price, it’s only problem is front Velcro fixing folds and you have to re adjust.

Works very well, slimmer belt is a better fit I have wider ones. They don’t go around problem areas. They go over the area leaving a space no support. Durability is excellent, value for your money is awesome, comfort is good and Stability very good. Superior Velcro , good luck getting the belt off, lol Experience with belts for 12 years now I finally found a belt that works well. 5 back surgeries Permanent sciatica nerve damage.
