Spigen Ultra Hybrid S MagFit Designed for iPhone 15 Pro Max Case (2023) [Kickstand] [Anti Yellowing], Compatible with MagSafe - Crystal Clear

So far very happy with my clear Spigen case. I specifically wanted a good quality, reasonably priced clear case for my new IPhone 17. Dark cases get too hot if you spend anytime outdoors in the sun. It seems to have good protection, I dropped my new phone twice in the first couple weeks, it actually fell out of my jacket pocket as I leaned over, but regardless, the case did what it was suppose to do (no damage on my new phone). The kickstand seems very solid, I think they may have redesigned it, but I don’t use it often, just a nice feature to have and if you don’t abuse it, it seems pretty solid. Can’t comment on whether the case will Yellow, only time will tell. Happy with the purchase, checked my boxes so far after 1 month of use.

Best case for my iPhone 17 pro, I can display my gym bar code behind the phone since it’s a clear case and then phone stand is very strong. Best value for the money for a nice clear case with good phone protection from shoulder height. I would pair this up with camera protector and screen protector for extra protection.

I've been using the Spigen Ultra Hybrid S MagFit case for the iPhone 16e in Frost Black for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best cases I’ve ever owned. First off, the fit is flawless. It snaps on snugly and doesn’t add unnecessary bulk to the phone, which I really appreciate. The transparent back with the frosted black edges looks sleek and lets the iPhone’s design shine through while still giving it a unique edge. The kickstand is a total game changer — super convenient for FaceTime calls, watching videos, or just having the phone propped up on my desk. It feels sturdy, not flimsy like some other cases I’ve tried. I also love that it’s MagSafe compatible. My charger and other MagSafe accessories work perfectly with it — no issues at all with alignment or connection strength. One of my biggest concerns with clear cases is yellowing over time, but so far, this one is holding up really well — no discoloration at all. It feels like Spigen put some real thought into the anti-yellowing design. Overall, it offers excellent protection, looks great, and the added features (especially the kickstand and MagSafe compatibility) just make it feel premium. Totally worth the price. Everything about this case was great. It's relatively inexpensive, sturdy, fits well, and seems to protect the phone. The kickstand is useful and I've had no problems with it after many months. The slightly rough area on the sides is genius. It is easy to know "which way is up" and it is much less slippery that a plastic case would be otherwise. Definitely would buy again!

Nice clear case with mag safe and a kickstand although it's beefier than I expected. The phone feels thicker in the case than I thought it would, but that probably just my take on it.

Ah, prepare for me to wax poetic on how I love my Spigen phone cases. 100% phone protection!!! 100% worth the cost - just compare the cost to your last phone repair cost and imagine NEVER needing another repair. (Note Spigen doesn’t cover phone screen but does have a lip so that placing phone on flat surface means screen doesn’t touch the surface.) I recently upgraded from an iphone 12 pro with a clear Spigen case. The iphone and non-yellowed Spigen case looked brand new so I got top dollar (and lots of compliments when people realized the age of my phone and its case). When I purchased my iphone 17 pro max (biggest phone I ever owned), I wanted to try different cases for a new feel (tactile but also emotional). I wanted my phone to FEEL new. So I tried out at least 10 cases for a week each. Some had wallets, some had big sturdy stands, some had thinner or slicker material. Only Spigen had covers for all of the buttons, including a functional camera button that requires sensitivity for sliding adjustments. And, when I spill a drink on the table near my phone, I want the buttons and the holes near them protected more than the back. When I drop my phone in the rocks and it lands and bounces off the side button, I want that button to not be damaged. I’m speaking from experience here. I camp sometimes as much as 2 days out of 14 across three seasons, and I drop my phone 2-5 times a day (conservative average). Spigen doesn’t disappoint in quality, durability over YEARS, attractiveness, ease of install, etc. I can tilt the Spigen case on a 45 degree angle using three fingers on the back (no thumb) without it slipping. It’s easy to grip firmly. The dropping is all me. My family pointed out that I place my phone 2/3 on counter edges, hanging off one third. I put it in girl pockets (very shallow). Etc. Basically, I ask for trouble. I wanted to try a different size case to feel new. Spigen is a thick and stiff but not inflexible cover that doesn’t scratch the phone when popped in and out for years of cleanings. I wanted the protection *and* a thinner size. But, faced with a choice between a thin shell of a case and this Spigen, I chose secure peace of mind that my beautiful new phone would survive the next drop later today.

Super easy to install. Sturdy to hold and very well made. Fits the iPhone 17 Pro like a glove. I especially like the silver kickstand and appreciate the clear, see through, design which allows me to enjoy the wonderful look of my new phone. Well done Spigen!

This phone case is good, it is stylish it is well made and the kickstand feels high quality (this is the first day so lets see how it goes with time). The magsafe magnet though is the weakest I have on my 3 phone cases, it is really weak. I have another Spigen case https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7B1MXPM?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3&th=1 and this one has a strong magnet a sleek and premium design, I also have a https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D79322MG?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2 that is also beautiful and I've recieved compliments on the case but the magnet is a little week also the case is slack on the phone so when the phone fell it damaged the screen protector as it slipped off the corner of the phone exposing the screen, so I would not recommend this one; also the magnet is a bit week. But this phone under review here is good looking but the magnet is the weakest of the 3. I honestly wish it was stronger then the phone would be a clear winner with the integrated kickstand. Update to the review 18 Dec 2025 Ok so about 6 weeks in and the hinge is a little loose. It’s still holding the phone up in both orientations, but it wiggles so when folded in it does not stay flush in the phone but hangs out a bit. Hope it does not get much looser.
