I got the Samsung Galaxy A14 for my 13-year-old, and he absolutely loves it. The sleek design and vibrant display are impressive. It handles all his daily tasks and games smoothly. Love the phone, love the colour metallic green,photo quality brilliant on tge camera. I had one before but dropped it down the toilet, EE wanted £100 to try to fix it. I brought a replacement for the same price. So now deciding to cancel contract with EE and just have sim only. So happy as its going to save me so much money a month.

Rubbish
Rubbish bought husband for xmas last year was broken within the week it started to not accept chargers then the battery was over heating. Contacted person on here was told they couldn't refund and I would have to take it up with Samsung. So I did this they told me they should accept the phone returned and a refund but nope. Would have been a good phone if it actually worked as a phone should

the quality of the phone
Bought this phone the last minute for my niece and she loves it. It came exactly as it was shown in the picture along with a charger cable. Would highly recommend one to buy if looking for a cheap high quality Samsung phone.

Ein neues Handy für meine Mutter, sie ist sehr zufrieden im Hinblick auf Preis-Leistung und ihren Nutzungszwecken. Einige kleine Änderungen im Handling, die sie schnell verinnerlicht hatte (zuvor S A5) - Screenshot, Größe, Tastenanordnung. Preis-Leistung gut (Angebot gekauft), Versand relativ lang (über 2 Wochen), optimal für den Alltag und Standardnutzung (Anrufen, WhatsApp, YouTube...). Akkulaufzeit bisher gut, Gesprächs- und Empfangsqualität ausgezeichnet, Bildqualität mittelmäßig im Vergleich zum S A5 oder S A6.

Bonne mémoire pr une utilisation standard. J'ai de nombreuses applications et il fonctionne sans souci. Très bonne capacité générale. J'en suis très contente. Ni trop grand ni trop petit. Les photos ne sont pas mon point fort donc le résultat est souvent pareil qque soit le GSM que j'utilise. Il a tous les fonctions possibles et utiles.
