Parent perspective - makes learning CBT fun
I have played this with my 9 and 5 yrs old, both enjoyed it as a game and I can definitely see the benefits of making CBT fun rather than a 'therapy'. Instructions were easy enough to follow...but we have only played the first game so far! I would definitely recommend this game, considering how much we normally spend on games/electronics for our kids, this has a number of games in the box and it is important to invest in our kids mental well-being too.

A great game for families to play together
This is so great to have in the house! My kids are 6 and 8 years old and we are generally a family that talks about our feelings, but this opened up lots of topics that wouldn't have come up around the dinner table. The kids love this game and there are many different options of games so you can play all sorts and not get repetitive. It's not just for children who have emotional difficulties or need therapy, it's a great way to get to know your children and what they think.

Brilliant tool
Brilliant game. I a CBT Therapist in Schools and this magic wonder has really helped a great deal. It’s so versatile. Every child behaviour therapist should have this

Very good
Very good game, and really good value for money as it comes with lots of different games all in one and is good quality construction. Its only down sides are the instructions are not that easy to follow, I think for me I needed it more visually explained. Also a fairly large percent of the cards are centred around mobile phone culture and school. So for children who have been spared the agony of having a phone, these are irrelevant, as well as for home educted children who do not deal with gang culture. But the game is still extremly helpfull for allowing children to become more aware of their feelings and how thoughts and feelings have an impact on our lives. As well as teaching positive ways to change the way we think.

It’s complicated
It feels complicated with confusing instruction. Clearer instructions would be good. I can see it would be a good game once the rules of playing are established. It’s a bit over priced for what it is really.

Love this!!
I love this CBT game, I am a Psychotherapist and I use this with my young clients and they love it. It’s very effective for working with children and teaching them the link with your thoughts-emotions-behaviors. Would definitely recommend this!!!
