It's fine, it works. No complaints. Good quality. Box has never been opened. Easy setup. I like to be online, shop, check email, sometimes listen to you-tube. Read attachments, instagram, facebook, Nextdoor. Does the job. If you want fancy, this is not fancy. But good, and good quality. If you are not overly "tech savvy" than this is a good one to purchase. This would also be a great laptop for a beginner. Quality computer. Well made.

Worked well for what it's intended for.
Purchased this for my father to replace his aging 10yr+ Chromebook. Quality product, although I did have to reimage it due to apparent error in the WIFI firmware. Once that was settle (which is a simple process), everything ran fine.

Would not connect to internet…even though it said it was!! Very disappointed because now have to wait to get refund to buy another one.
