PO40

This is my third or forth go at buying one of these things, so I thought I would go for the bigger names in healthcare as some of the other Chinese made no name things were a bit haphazard, but I am still not sure how accurate it is. It is on par with the hospital ones (I spent 5 days in) but not my Dr's one. I am a normal 93/94 in hospital and at home, but my Dr has a NHS one and he gets 98 or 99 ? So I think this one is pretty close to being right as opposed to my Dr having 98/99 when I have not had that amount of oxygen for 20 plus years. So yes it is ok and quite accurate and worth the money. But who REALLY knows !!!!!

Very good! It takes a few seconds but it seems very accurate. A nice colour easy to read display.

I bought a cheap device from an unknown brand but the readings appeared a bit suspect at times. This device is much more consistent so worth the extra.

Accurate measurement. Before this I bought an oximeter but the readings were lower and inaccurate. This is spot on.

Another quality product from Beurer. Excellent quality, reliable, easy to use and read, which of course reflects on price which is among the high ones. But for me, it deserves every penny. Strongly recommended as this is one-off purchase.

I had high expectations for this product and it hasn't disappointed! Easy to use and store. I would recommend this.

Uso questo pulsossimetro da ormai diversi mesi e mi sto trovando molto bene. PRO - sembra affidabile: le misurazioni ottenute sono sempre molto simili a quelle che ottengo con altri dispositivi - le istruzioni all'interno della confezione spiegano chiaramente come usarlo - per farlo funzionare occorrono due batterie AAA che sono fornite all'interno della confezione - all'interno della confezione sono presenti anche un cinturino e un piccolo marsupio utile per trasportarlo - è di dimensioni ridotte e leggero - facile da usare: c'è solo un pulsante per accenderlo e basta inserire il dito (è indolore) - il display a colori è chiaro e si legge bene (in foto non sembra, ma dal vivo non c'è nessuna banda nera) - 5 anni di garanzia - misura saturazione arteriosa dell'ossigeno (% SpO2), frequenza cardiaca (PRbpm) e indice di perfusione (PI %) - si spegne automaticamente una volta tolto il dito CONTRO - non è molto economico, ma sono comunque contenta del mio acquisto perché lo trovo affidabile e di ottima qualità

Update after 10 days, this I compared with other product made in China and found the quality of this product is cheap plastic compared to Chinese so it looks like made somewhere local we are house but it still works good and now I have a feeling how come Beurer is making products in some local shops. I brought another product of Beurer TENS EM49 found the quality is really horrible and returned it. Paid 3700 for a German Brand Oximeter and later found its not Germans made. I can’t return it either as Non returnable product from Tulip Sales. Contacted Beurer India they say Tulips is true reseller. Beurer if you are reading this please get your manufacturing unit checked where it’s made
