Laptop in good quality like new

In great shape, works perfectly, really like new. I've had good luck with a Mac reconditioned laptop prior, so I decided to upgrade to a 2024- my old one is from 2010 and it still works perfectly! It's just that the OS won't accept any new updates and so it doesn't support the latest browsers and I can't access some sites and accounts and it was time. And I bought this one and it's simply great at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Let's hope it lasts as long as the current one! And I got a free one-year warranty upgrade from Amazon. So all good! A happy customer :) For now, at least!

This was a great purchase for me, both in price and quality. I had an older Mac Book and the hard drive suddenly became corrupt. Apple tried for several hours to help me recover or fix it but to no avail...luckily it was all backed up. I always look at Amazon first and did some research and found my refurbished one. It was delivered securely and on time and if I didn't know it was refurbished you couldn't tell. There's not a scratch or dent anywhere. It's perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase.

The sound is great the battery life is wonderful

Before placing the order for the MacBook Pro, I read reviews about this seller, Kanga Supply. They were generally positive reviews, even though I had some concerns, as I was ordering from outside the US. Anyway, i went ahead to order the MacBook Pro with condition stated as "Excellent". On getting the package, I saw it was not so securely packed, however, it arrived intact. I noticed a scratch line on the front cover, which is visible at a distance within 12inches from your face. They should work on better packaging for the laptops. I powered on the laptop and everything is indeed in EXCELLENT condition. It looks brand new and all the ports are working perfectly. The speakers, battery, screen, trackpad and keyboard are also PERFECT. My package arrived with a 3rd party(generic) 65w Magsafe charger and high quality type-c cable. All in all, I'm quite happy with my order from this seller. My fears about ordering from outside the US and getting something substandard, was quenched. UPDATE JUNE 2025: After using the Macbook very intermitently(about 1 hour a week) for the first 3 weeks, I noticed it would just power off and restart immediately. When it restarts, a pop-up window displays the message: "SOCD report detected: (AP watchdog expired)". This could happen up to 13 times in 2 hours. Other times, it would work fine for 3 hours straight and no problem at all. This is apparently a major issue. Several tests have been carried out and no solution yet, as I type this message. This seems to be a logi board issue. Now, I ordered from outside the USA, so, returning the product was an issue. It's very likely this Macbook already had this problem before I even bought it. If I were in the USA, i would have swapped it. ADVISE: If buying refurbished from the USA, make sure you buy directly from Apple or accredited resellers. If buying from an Amazon retailer, make sure you reside in the USA so you can resolve whatever issues speedily.

I have had this Mac for just over a year, and the screen went bad on the bottom of the screen. Conveniently it is out of warranty now, and I am having to pay $700 to replace the screen. Not super happy with the outcome of this purchase, I will be looking elsewhere in the future. Be aware, there is no way of knowing why something is refurbished, so I'm not sure if the screen was replaced with an inferior 3rd party part or if it was part of the original issues with this Mac. But I'm on the hook now to fix something that should have lasted longer, in my opinion.

The Apple 2023 MacBook Pro with Apple M2 Pro Chip, 14.2-inch, 16GB RAM, 8TB SSD Storage, Space Gray (Renewed) (New) that I ordered from Techdeals4Less exceeded my expectations, since I was expecting a used mac in as-is New condition. Instead I received a new Apple refurbished mac, with Apple's 1 year guarantee in apple's original shrink wrapping, as if I had purchased an apple refurbished unit directly from the apple store. It came packaged in apple packaging, documentation, original mac os ready to be installed, new apple power adapter, new battery and it worked perfectly on trying it for the first time. It's still working perfectly a week later. The 4 TB migration over thunderbolt from my older mac to the new mac worked flawlessly and I had a working new mac with all my previous settings and content installed correctly in a few hours. The new apple refurbished mac I received was unblemished in every sense of that word and is so far working beyond the expectations I had from my experiences with other Amazon Renewed computers I've bought in the past. I never expected I'd receive an original Apple refurbished mac of such high quality and functionality out of the box. Before buying the unit I contacted Techdeals4Less wanting a clarification of the specs of the unit I'd receive, to be sure I would get what I wanted. The vendor replied within an hour of my initial query and similarly to another message I sent him to further clarify my questions. Needless to say, I received what I was promised and then some. I recommend this vendor as delivering what they advertise on Amazon and when they say "New" it will be new and "nearly" new, as my experience has shown. In my experience they're a good example of under promising and over delivering, which is rare these days.

The computer is absolutely stunning. The cord is like a cloth protection so it will stand bending and wrapping it up to store pretty well. The case it came in through Fedex was impressively designed to pad the computer on both sides with a thick not soft padding for extra durability. The accessories came in their own little compartment. I love the fingerprint on this thing. I bought the 1 TB and purposely bought this model from all Mac pros because of the stats of the power. You will need to pay $$$ extra for this running power if you go with newer Mac pros because they just don't built it the same with out spending like an extra brand for the running power in their newer computers. I spent hours on YouTube understanding this. I am going to use this for edging photography, music, videography, school and programs like adobe acrobat and more. Also to watch streaming Netflix etc. The weight of the entire Fedex package was 1lb this things is light and sleek. LOVE IT.
