This duffel bag exceeded my expectations. The canvas is thick and durable, and the genuine leather accents give it a high-end, classic look. It feels very well made and holds a lot without feeling flimsy or awkward to carry. I’ve used it for weekend trips and as a carry-on, and it fits perfectly while still offering plenty of space for clothes, shoes, and extras. The waterproof canvas is a big bonus—I don’t worry about my belongings if it gets set down on a damp surface. Zippers are smooth, stitching is solid, and the shoulder strap is comfortable. I got the color - purple grey - as it was priced lower than the other colors - $29. - now it priced higher. It is gorgeous - nice bag - very content with it - have not yet used so can not report efficiency although it seems to be finely made and is definitely nice looking. Recommend

Good size for a carry-on. Enough room for a few days needs. (For men, anyway. No offense meant to the ladies.) Three pair of trousers, five or six shirts, underclothes, toiletries. Possibly even a spare pair of shoes (if you don't have feet like a Yetti. 🙂) Seems well made. My only wish, thus far, is that they used a higher quality zipper. Maybe a YKK.

I’m writing this review 1 + year after owning this bag. It’s amazing! I travel for for… every week this bag gets stuffed full and the zipper gets tugged and yanked every day and it never ever fails. I cannot say enough about this duffel for the price! Great product!

My husband was in need of a more polished overnight bag. I purchased this for him. It is a well made bag with a highly waxed exterior, handsome leather accents, and a good amount of space. He especially liked that this bag had significant amount of structure and held its shape. It was large enough to hold a couple of days worth of clothing. Due to the weight of the bag it’s better for car trips instead of trips where it would have to be carried.

This bag is exactly what I was looking for! I spent a few days searching the web to find a stylish and durable bag that works well for travel. I found it! The bag is definitely bigger than you would expect, but in a good way. I feel like I can fit a weeks worth of clothes in this bag and still take it as a carry on for a flight. If I roll my clothes I can probably fit more. I travel for work, so this is gonna be great for me. The straps are high quality, and thicker so they are comfortable on your shoulder, especially when you need to walk through the airport. It smells great! Like premium leather, even though it has canvas mixed into the material. There are pockets on the inside and outside of the bag to organize your things, which helps when you need to find something quickly. Compared to other stylish/leather bags pricing wise this is definitely a winner at $49. I got a coupon from amazon so I paid $45 which is a steal for this quality.

I've been shopping for just the right duffel-type weekender for some time. My old American Tourister had finally fallen apart after many years of service but I was having trouble finding a good replacement. I keep wanting to go all out and purchase a Filson product but they don't seem to have the perfect size for my needs; either too small or too large and way, way expensive. In a pinch, I decided on this bag as a temporary measure for an upcoming trip. The price was so low I figured it might only last a trip or two but it would hold me over for the time being. Was I wrong. I've used it on about five trips so far (road trips not flights) and it has held up like a champ. The bag feels sturdy but its not heavy. The leather is slightly stiff which is helpful when packing it using both hands at once. Soft leather, though it feels nice, flops closed making it difficult to fill the bag without holding it open with one hand. This bag's mouth stays open like a canvas bag and I appreciate that. The zipper moves smoothly, the magnetic snaps hold tightly, the handles function as they should, and overall it looks like a more expensive, worn-leather bag. The size is perfect for me and can hold most everything I need for a three-day trip minus shoes. I don't like putting shoes in my bag as they take up too much room and they are dirty by nature even tho they each travel in their own shoe bag. Yes, I'm fastidious, so what? I have not used it during a rain storm so I can't say anything about water resistance, but I wouldn't be overly concerned about that personally. Now it's not perfect, the outer pockets don't expand and the inner pockets are just okay. There are no dividers but not many duffel bags have those anyway (I use soft packing cubes which fit nicely). The shoulder strap needs that cushion piece to keep it from digging in your shoulder but I can fix that myself. However, these are nit-picky criticisms for a bag of this price and hardly worth mentioning. So yes, I give this bag an enthusiastic five-star rating for looks, practicality, and value.

Looks good, works well. Good price. I do wish it has pockets on both ends rather than sides, where it is hard to fit extra items when the bag is fully expanded.
