i truly love this battery! It got me around town on a full charge and still had close to two bars of battery left after a day of riding around (throttle only). And I want to thank UPP for helping me achieve the idea i was going for.

This battery arrived completely dead with 3.09 volts and will not charge. Looks like the power button was left on and drained the battery. I'm guessing the lights are not hooked up to a load terminal so the BMS could LVD the lights. Hoping the company gets back with me.UpdateI'm an idiot and didn't realize the key was an actual ignition switch and has multiple positions besides lock. The battery is great and the customer service was quick.

I had a problem at first but customer service jump right on it and took care of it and replace the battery and up graded it from the 48A to the 52A to please the customer I'll keep buying from them in the Future
