The media could not be loaded. First the assembly was very simple. The wheels make it easy to move around the house. Living in Arizona, summer is hot and dry so needed this air cooler to help cool the room down and keep the air nice and moist. The bottom tank is big and can hold a lot of water and will last a long time without worrying for refill. The water tank can probably be good for couple days if filled all the way up. I like the siwng function so it's not just one direction with cold air. Highly recommend to put cold water before use to get the air cooler faster. It does come with 4 refillable water packs but can also use other one if needed. Super easy and good quality. So far I have not notice leakage so it's great. The only down side is that it does get heavy if you will the tank up all the way and hard to move around after.

I had little knowledge of swamp coolers, but many homes in OR do not have AC, as the climate is mostly consistently cold and if anything homes come with heaters. If you leavewindows closed it will make the room incredibly hot, to the point of being dangerous. Ask me how I know :). It is remarkably quiet, and we had a heatwave here with temps reaching 110s, and this thing just cooled very thing down to nothing I had experienced before living in the same place having to work from home and sweating profusely even with a fan and windows open. It is super quiet and you can't hear the pump at all. The remote works as expected, and the casters and overall build is industrial grade extremely quiet fan that has 3 settings. All it does is circulate the air in my 300sq ft studio, and humidify the air requiring it to cool down to evaporate in the dry hot air from outside. I did not really know what size to buy, but the 10gallon one worked out perfectly, as this goes through water pretty quickly. The fan rotates, but putting it directly on you isn't bothersome, as the fan power is gentle. I don't know about the ice being any help, as it doesn't make sense that the water being condensed into the air is any colder, but I don't have a way of proving this. May be mostly for marketing, but one of my favorite purchases from Amazon.

My husband usually gets bloody noses all the time during the summer but has yet to have one this year.The ice packs don’t last very long so I have frozen water bottles and other ice packs I rotate with. I also make sure to put new, cold water in before each use. This really helps!Updated from three stars* The reason I give this product one star is because the noise it is making shortly after using it. It was very quiet at first and sounded like a fan but is now very noisy and annoying. It just keeps getting louder. I tried contacting the seller, but they don’t have a way to contact them.

Filling the large tank that holds 10.6 gallons of liquid allows for hours of chilling time before the need for refills arises. Because I wanted to optimize the amount of airflow, I placed the cooler in my living room next to a window. As soon as I turned it on, I was immediately greeted by the refreshingly chilly air that I had been waiting for. Even on days when the temperature was pushing 95 degrees, I was astounded by how well this cooler was able to bring the temperature down. The three different speed options allow me to personalize the airflow. I often set it to high during the hottest part of the day, and then I move it to medium or low to keep the temperature comfortable. The oscillation function ensures that air is distributed uniformly across the whole room. It was usually too hot to utilize my porch, but now that I have this cooler out there, it has turned into my own haven. The ice packs that chill the air before it circulates are without a doubt my favorite aspect of this product. When compared to other evaporative coolers that I've tested, this one has a more energizing and refreshing sensation. The water tank can be easily refilled, and fresh ice packs can be added to the cooler. This allows the cooler to continue the chilling process for a number of hours.

This Air Cooler works really good. It comes with 3 ice packs that you fill with water and freeze. When you place the ice packs the water flows over them and provides cool air. There are 3 levels of air flow, slow, medium, and high. Siting outside on a hot day this Evaporative Air Cooler blows cool air with a wide coverage. We enjoy siting outside and this cooler allows us to enjoy our Lani on a warm day. It holds 10 gal of water and is easy to fill.

We live in South Carolina and while we enjoy sitting on our deck in the summer, we don't enjoy the heat and humidity. This works great to allow us to spend more time outside. It comes with refreezable ice packs, which don't last long. However, the continual water mist coming from the cooler does a great job of keeping us cool.

The water tank allows for extended use without constant refills, and the 4 ice packs enhance the cooling effect. I don't always use the ice packs but when used this quickly cools down the area. The oscillation isn't noisy and doesn't disturb me while I work or in office calls. Its portability with wheels is a big advantage, making it easy to move between spaces.
