I’ve been using Free Soul Super Greens Mango for an almost 2 years now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The mango flavor is absolutely delicious—refreshing and naturally sweet without being overpowering. Before I knew it, this became my first drink of the day—even before coffee. Within an hour I’m cruising through all the annoying tasks I usually procrastinate on, almost like the energy just flips itself on without asking.Not going to lie, it also gets things moving in other ways, so be ready for a little marathon of Instagram reels and YouTube shorts in your most peaceful corner of the house. Been drinking it daily for over 6 months now, and I’ve definitely noticed I’m catching colds a lot less often—so that’s another solid bonus.

Tastes alright, it’s one of those things “you’ll get used to” for sure.very tiny package for £25+ 😅 I thought it was going to be bigger tbh... It’s about the size of my hand so it’s practical for popping in a cupboard.

The media could not be loaded. I've tried a lot of different 'greens' products over the years, including various powders and also juicing raw greens of various types. Most of the powders are extremely foul tasting and are very difficult to mix into water. FS Greens are a miracle by comparison and are a complete game changer for me.The first amazing thing is that FS Greens almost completely dissolve into water. Just drop a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water, stir for 5-10 seconds and the greens are fully drinkable (see my video). The taste isn't too bad either. Greens like this are never going to taste amazing but the flavour is perfectly palatable and I no longer dread drinking my greens first thing every morning. If the flavour does bother you, just mix these greens into any kind of fruit juice or smoothie and you'll hardly be able to taste the 'green' element at all.As for the ingredients and the product itself - since using these greens for just over a week I've noticed that I have more energy; I feel more balanced; my skin and nails are healthier and I just feel great! The ingredients list includes a lot of things that other greens products don't, and the overall blend is spot on.Please Free Soul - never stop making this product because I want to keep using it forever!

It isn’t the easiest to mix and is quite gritty but it lasts long and tastes nice. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in my gut but I’m sure it is good for you

Game changer!!! Just take my money!! Have an under active thyroid and struggle with gut health... only been taking for a few days now but already feeling better. Take these with the free soul multi vitsThe biggest difference is the greens have taken me from severely constipated, puffy and being in pain and miserable to bowels moving regularly and gently and the bloating is non existentI have the mango one and tastes ok fruity but still veggie also....slightly gritty after mixing but not unpalatable. I can live with a tiny bit gritty if it works which it does!!

This is the nicest greens powder I’ve found, the mango flavour is really tasty. I combine it with marine collagen and find it an easy way to get some vitamins and minerals when my shifts don’t always allow me to get three decent meals in a day. Enjoy!

I have considered a review for a period of time and feel i should share this feedback just to help others make a informed decision. The package arrived fine, in good state and timely. The package does not provide a scoop, however this one is not stated in description therefore that is fair. One would however be useful. The mix following the recommended amount is a challenge as the grains/powder do not dilute into water but after a period just settle on the bottom and do become a little claggy. The tase was fine to me however some might fined it a little artificial and saccharine in taste but to be fair this is standard from my experience in these dietary products. The reason for the low score was i suffered from awful abdominal pains following consumption. This may have been a individual response however i feel i should share. These started at a upper abdominal position and then tracked down to bladder area. This caused a palpable soreness and discomfort. I initially did not align the issue with the powder however following the withdrawal and a period of flushing in take out (7 days) it clearly was the issue. This product is NOT for me and i have had a very adverse reaction. It may not happen to all but feel that i should share my experience.
