We’re happy with these, the kids love them! They work as expected.

Worth the money. Very VERY COOL PENS - My son tells me he uses them to write secret messages to his mates. They can also be used to see tiny bits of dust - that's quite handy as I have a friend who is a cleaner. If the light is at a certain brightness, you can actually see it a bit, which is annoying but it is hard to get to that light. The colour of the pen bodys do not effect the pens colour - just for decoration. I say it's a cool thing to put in a Party Bag or give to someone in a Mini Secret Gang, like my son, whose name is Stealth Attack.

Great item that the children love. All pens write in the same 'colour' (clear) despite different colour barrels, and all have the same (purple) light in the lid. It writes as a felt-tip, but is hard to see as it writes clear. Would recommend writing using the torch, unless you catch the light correctly and can see the wet lines. Too early to talk about how they age but ours have been quite heavily used and not run out yet. We haven't left any caps off so cant talk about drying out. They appear that they would. No noticeable smell when using.

Good fun and value

Really great fun!! My 5 year old loves them and loves writing messages with his friends when they come over - a real hit. Also so top secret that the writing doesn't show in a photograph even though it looks like it's going to! Good quality and would definitely recommend.

I needed to use my friend's phone's camera in order to read the unnecessarily small micro-text that tells you to get the tab out. For that reason I'd upgrade this review to a four star if it turns out that the pens last quite a long time before they run out! They've worked to sign invisible signatures on my basketball and I hope they come to greatly embellish a few people's days in the future by being able to be used for that!

I bought this item as a boy stole my daughters spy pen at school and she was devastated. He even went on to taunt her with the stolen pen, and had the audacity to use it in front of her for the rest of the week. When she tried to steal it back he went and told on her to the teacher! Anyway she was the better person and let him have it. I bought her a whopper pack of 6 pens to make her feel better. They did the job.
