I selected this specific dosage of Vitamin D3/K2 as I already take a standard multivitamin, and it's not recommended to exceed 4000 IU of Vitamin D per day unless instructed by a Doctor. As such, this is the perfect dose to take alongside my regular multivitamin to get a Vitamin D boost, whilst remaining under that recommended limit. The K2 aids in absorption so it is a nice "double whammy". Priced reasonably for a whole year's supply, and the tablets are very small (about the size of a single sweetcorn or pea) and easy to swallow - nothing like most supplements/vitamins which can often be massive! Obviously I cannot attest to the chemical makeup of the tablet, however I have been taking them daily throughout the grey UK winter as the NHS advises, and have had no issues with energy.

However, thanks to Amazon, you can get the Spanish version! For a year's supply, this represents very good value for money. Despite being small, they can be a little difficult to swallow as they sometimes get lost in your mouth!

Dat is belangrijk want anders kan je lichaam er niet zoveel mee. Verder is MK 7 een actievere en voor het lichaam meer praktische vorm dan MK-4. Zo blijft MK-7 veel langer in je bloed aanwezig (tot 72 uur) dan de variant MK-4 (1 a 2 uur) en heb je er veel minder van nodig. Neem wel de tabletjes in bij een maaltijd die wat vet bevat of neem het bijvoorbeeld gelijktijdig in met visoliecapsules. Dit omdat zowel D3 als K2 vetoplosbaar zijn en dit supplement in tablet vorm wordt aangeboden en niet in een olie bevattende capsulevorm.

Wir nehmen alle zwei Tage eine Tablette, wie empfohlen – einfach, bequem und durch den 2‑Jahres‑Vorrat auch sehr praktisch. Seitdem wir dieses Vitamin D3 + K2 von WeightWorld nehmen, merken wir deutlich, dass wir uns fitter fühlen – vor allem im Winter keine Müdigkeit mehr, wie früher oft der Fall war.
